The award-winning Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Tx played host to Disturbed and the 25th year anniversary tour of their breakthrough album, π˜›π˜©π˜¦ 𝘚π˜ͺ𝘀𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 presented by Live Nation last Saturday night. It was the perfect venue to set up the stage for fans coming to see the Grammy Award nominated group alongside Daughtry and Nothing More. “Stupify” and “Down With The Sickness” made waves and topped the charts when they released back in 2000. The band’s massive success with the album paved their way to becoming one of the most successful bands of the 21st century. The tour has only begun but is selling out due to the band’s charisma and their killer featured acts that promise to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience for concert lovers. You could see the eager anticipation for the show to begin on fans’ faces who have lined up in the pit area. I was ready to get this started.

Nothing More announced via social media that front man, Jonny Hawkins, would be unable to perform due to medical reasons. I pray for a speedy and uncomplicated recovery. The show goes on and Brandon Saller from Atreyu would be filling in. He is welcomed with enthusiasm by the crowd as he promises to deliver the best Nothing More performance he could give. He did not disappoint. Jonny would be proud of his performance. It was nothing short of stellar that satisfied Nothing More fans. “If It Doesn’t Hurt”, “Go To War”, and “Jenny” were some classics performed that spiked the energy and started the night well.

I had the privilege of covering Daughtry when they toured last fall. I knew it was going to be a spectacular show. Chris always delivers with his showmanship and vocal range. I can’t even to begin to express how everything just seemed so much better this time. The American Idol singer continues to evolve with no signs of slowing down. Just throw it out there, they recently released a new single on all media platforms. “Home”, “The Dam”, and his version of “Separate Ways” were a few songs he played that fans sang word for word filling the arena with glorious melodies. Daughtry will never disappoint.

Disturbed was formed in Chicago, IL in 1994 and was originally named Brawl. After changing their name to Disturbed, they released their first studio album in 2000. π˜›π˜©π˜¦ 𝘚π˜ͺ𝘀𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 was received well by fans and the music industry allowing the group to follow up their success with another album in 2002. Since then, they have released 8 albums in total and have been nominated by various music award groups. π˜›π˜©π˜¦ 𝘚π˜ͺ𝘀𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 is nostalgic and legendary. David’s voice and the band’s unique sound solidified their identities. And to hear them play the album in its entirety with such passion and energy gave me chills. They are a fun and dynamic group to watch live with theatrics, fireworks, and pyro adding spice to their performance. They sound just as good as everyone remembers them to be.

Follow the rest of the tour HERE. They go on until May 17 in Las Vegas. It is truly an incredible show that I can’t recommend enough. Find a location near you and grab a ticket!
