A new face in music, colby! , is entering the chat to give listeners a bold, pop-rock sound. 

This comes with the release of her third single Doing What I Can. 

colby!’s powerful and vaporous vocals, encapsulate her emotions on the empowering track. 

“Burning some bridges. And you’re treating me like a child. All your lies are in a pile. And I’m watching the flames grow higher” 

The singer starts the track by saying “Hey! This is what you did to make me feel this way.” 

Leading into the chorus the singer declares “ I’m doing what’s best for me. Hopefully one day you’ll see. I’m doing what’s best for me. Maybe one day you’ll see. Maybe one day you’ll see.”

“The new single is about realizing that you are the only one who can make yourself happy, and you can’t let others’ opinions affect what you do or how you feel,” colby! explains. 

This song will make you dance. 

It’s about no longer seeking the approval of others. It’s about shedding your inhibitions. 

Take a risk. After all, you’re just “doing what you can.”

The track is 3 minutes of madness as the singer’s voice dances on the electric guitar instrumental.

Singles released earlier in 2024 like Gone To Bed or Don’t Know What To Say introduced listeners to the dreamy sounds.

colby! has been writing music with her brother since their childhood.
