On a very humid and rainy day the City of Fort Worth welcomed Fall Out Boy and their “So Much For (2our) Dust” Tour, making it their second time visiting the DFW area for this tour, the first time being during the summer of 2023 at Dos Equis Pavillion in Dallas.

With The Maine and Jimmy Eat World replacing Bring Me The Horizon and Royal & the Serpent who were part of the first leg of the tour made this line-up a little different, Daisy Grenade have been on the tour since the beginning.

First up was power-punk bubble grunge duo, Daisy Grenade. Opening their set with “are you scared of me yet?” followed by “Cult Classic” and “Real Horror Show”. The fans sang, danced, and hyped the duo up as they danced across the stage.  Listen to their catalog on Spotify and follow them on Instagram.

Wearing all white suits, Phoenix, AZ natives The Maine opened their set with “blame” which fans immediately started to sing along with. Keeping up with the hyped, The Maine included songs like “Slip The Nose”, “Thoughts I Have While Laying In Bed” and “Loved You A Little” in their set list. Follow them on Instagram and listen to them on Spotify.

Next to take over the stage was Jimmy Eat World. Their set list included songs like “A Praise Chorus”, “Sweetness”, “For Me This Is Heaven” and fan favorite “The Middle” all while the crowd cheered for them.  Follow them on Instagram and Spotify.

The fans clapped and cheered as the moment everyone in the venue was waiting for had finally arrived, Fall Out Boy took center stage at the Dickies Arena.

They started their evening with “Love From the Other Side” which comes from their “So Much (for) Stardust” that was released almost a year ago on March 24th, 2023. Followed by “The Phoenix” and “Sugar, We’re Goin Down”. Everyone in attendance sang their hearts out to the classics like “Uma Thurman”, “This Ain’t a Scene, It’s an Arms Race”, “The (After) Life of the Party”, “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)”, “Thnks fr th Mmrs” and “A Little Less Sixteen Candles, a Little More “Touch Me”.

Their stage set included different backgrounds such as fireworks, smoke, bubbles, clear beach balls while they sang “Disloyal Order of Water Buffaloes” and the very big and famous Doberman floating head that would sing along with Patrick “This Ain’t a Scene, It’s an Arms Race”.

Right before starting to play “I’ve Got All This Ringing In My Ears and None On My Fingers” and “Don’t Stop Me Now” on the piano, Patrick thanked the fans for being patient with them since he was stuck in a different state due to the bad weather and had to start their a set a little late.

Pete asked the fans to keep “making TikTok videos, art, make shit” to make the world a better and fun place. Pete also mentioned that this video was shot in California but it reminded him of Texas and with this small intro Patrick started to sing “So Much (for) Stardust ”.
As the night started to come to an end Fall Out Boy sang “Thnks fr th Mmrs”, “Centuries” and “Saturday” as their final song. Without a doubt, you can see and feel the growth in confidence they have had from the first night of the tour back in 2023 to now. Catch them on one of their remaining tour dates.
