On October 1st, The Cambridge Room at House Of Blues welcomed Katelyn Tarver along with Jack Grey. 

Australian singer and songwriter Jack Gray was first to take the stage. His set included a mixture of soft mellow songs such as “Selfish”, “Winter City” and “One Step Back” which talks about enjoying the small things in life and upbeat songs like “I Got 3” and “Friends Like These”.

Next to take the stage was American actress and singer-songwriter Katelyn Tarver. Katelyn opened her set with “Cinematic” followed by “Hurt Like That” and “Nicer”. As the night went on Katelyn would talk to the crowd, from explaining how she came up with the name for the tour to letting the fans know that she will be releasing more songs in the upcoming months. While singing songs like “Quitter”, “Ignorance is Bliss” ,”Japanese Cafe” and “One Without the Other” with the last two being unreleased, Katelyn was dancing around the stage enjoying every single moment.

There was a song request jar at the merch table that allowed fans to write down their favorite song with the potential of hearing it live. In the middle of the set Katelyn let the fans know that “Weekend Millionaires”, a song that was released back in 2017 and she hasn’t sung live in a while, was the most requested song. The crowd sang along with her.

To end the night, Katelyn sang “Parallel Universe” and invited the crowd to say hi and take a picture with her at the merch table because she wanted to meet everyone.
